TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prize: Lotus Driving Academy driving course

General conditions:
- On entering the competition, all participants accept the following terms and conditions.
- The competition is organised by Lotus Cars Ltd., Potash Lane, Hethel, Norwich NR14 8EZ, United Kingdom.
- Lotus Cars Ltd. reserves the right to cancel and/or change the course, at any time and without notice. Any changes will be published on the website www.lotusexige.ch
- In the event of any dispute concerning the terms and conditions of this competition, the decision of Lotus Cars shall be considered final.

Participants:
- Participants must be over 21 years old and must hold a full and valid driving licence.
- The maximum height of participants is 2 metres with a weight not exceeding 115 kg.
- Participants must be in good health so as not to affect and/or impair their ability to drive
- The prize-winner will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to entering the track
- Lotus Cars reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event that there is reason to believe that the winner has violated any of these terms and conditions.
- If the winner is disqualified from the competition Lotus cars may, at its own discretion, decide whether to draw a new winner.

How to take part in the prize draw:
- To take part in the competition you need to fill in the registration form at www.lotusexige.ch
- All registrations must be made by 20 May 2014 to be entered into the competition.
- No cash alternatives are available The prize is non-transferable and may not be resold
- In taking part in the competition, the winner agrees to take part in all the publicity associated with the event
- Lotus cars will notify the winner by email within 7 days from the end of the competition, using the address given at the time of registration.
- The winner will be the first competitor drawn by lot from all the participants by an independent judge. The judge's decision is final and binding.

Details of the prize:
- The prize includes a 2 day Lotus Driving Academy driving course, level 1 and level 2. The prize is for 2 people (the winner plus a guest of his/her choice)
- The event may be subject to changes of date
- If the winner is unable to take part they must notify Lotus Driving Academy of this in writing with 14 days' notice
- The driving course will be held at Lotus Cars Ltd., Potash Lane, Hethel, Norwich NR14 8EZ, United Kingdom, on various chosen dates in 2014. The driving course will take place over a weekend.
- The prize does not include additional costs (flights, accommodation e transfers)
- The prize includes catering for the two days, fuel, helmet hire and hospitality.

Liability:
- Personal data relating to participants may be used only in compliance with United Kingdom data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior agreement of the person concerned

Data protection and publicity:

Jurisdiction:
- The draw and the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed by English law
